Here are THREE GREAT ways to "Search The MLS Like An Agent"
Choose the one that you're more comfortable with and ALWAYS use MLS Market Snapshot (above) to get a true picture of the Market. Click any (or all) of the pictures below to access the search tools! The one on the furthest left provides you excellent morning reports on new listings and sales, the one in the center allows you to search using a polygonal line drawing tool to target neighborhoods, and the one on the far right allows you the most information before hitting a section where you have to sign in (to get full details such as street address). Click the picture on the far left to use the system that gets you the MOST AMOUNT OF INFORMATION without another sign on screen.
